The 100% Pour

Bring your bottles. Keep your margins.

For wineries, Forest Soirées offers a new way to sell wine direct — engaging both loyal customers and a new generation of wine drinkers in relaxed, memorable settings that lead to real connections and real sales.

The setting

Forty-two acres of reasons to stay

Guests move through a collection of immersive experiences across the estate — each one built to bring people together through wine, food, music, and discovery.

The Table

Food and culinary experiences for the guests who come to taste with you.

The Stay

Overnight glamping accommodations across the property, minutes from Jacksonville, Oregon.

The Lens

Film and content projects on our four immersive sets — several running this season.

The arrangement

Your wine isn’t how we make our money

We built the ranch to earn from everything around the pour. So when you sell a bottle here, there’s no reason for us to reach into it.

  • Your bottle salesYou keep all of it
  • Commission to the venueNone
  • Daytime pouring & DTC salesNo fee
  • Overnight tentLinens, setup, and cleanup included

One hundred percent of every bottle, yours.

How it works

Show up, pour, stay

01

Tell us you’re coming

Pick a date and reserve a tent. Come solo, or join one of our group-pour events alongside other regional wineries.

02

Arrive with your bottles

Your wine, your labels, your prices. Set up in your tent and pour direct to our guests.

03

Sell direct, keep it all

Every bottle and every online order rings up to you. We take no cut of your sales.

04

Stay the night

Sleep where you poured. The overnight tent means no one’s driving home after a day of wine.

Every program here rests on the same idea: wine works best when it’s participatory, a little educational, and genuinely enjoyable — not performed, just shared.

Before you arrive

What each of us handles

You bring

  • A valid Oregon SOW license — required to sell your wine direct to consumers on our property
  • A link for your online sales — your store or order page, so guests can buy and reorder on the spot
  • Your bottles — your labels, your pricing, whatever you want to pour and sell

We provide

  • Wi-Fi for every group — so your online sales and card transactions run smoothly on site
  • Your tent, set and cleaned — linens, setup, and cleanup handled for you
  • The guests and the setting — a destination crowd in Southern Oregon, ready to taste
Pour. Stay. Wake up clear.

A flat fee, per overnight tent

The tent is the one thing we charge for, and it covers setup, cleanup, and laundering your linens. Nothing more.

It also does something we care about. When the day’s pouring is done, you have a safe place to land — nobody who’s been drinking has to get in a car. You sleep where you sold, and head home clear in the morning.

Hyper-local. West Coast rooted.

Built for wineries selling direct across the Pacific Coast — from a venue set between Seattle and San Francisco, with local expertise that understands the markets in between.
