Embodied Forest Retreat · May 7–10, 2026 · Southern Oregon
A quiet gathering devoted to embodied stillness—where breath, movement, and the living landscape guide the body back into rhythm and ease.
Limited to 24 participants.

About the Retreat
This retreat is devoted to embodied stillness. Over the course of four unhurried days, guests are guided into a slow, grounded dialogue with the forest through breathwork, somatic inquiry, and quiet movement. Set within a calm natural environment, the retreat offers space to listen deeply—to the body, to the land, and to the subtle rhythms that connect them.
Gentle practices explore how posture, breath, and pacing attune the nervous system to the forest’s texture and tone. Guided meditations soften habitual tension, allowing the body to settle into deeper ease and regulation. Rather than striving or performance, the focus is on sensing, receiving, and restoring equilibrium.
Curated sensory rituals—aroma, touch, warmth, and elemental sound—create a softly immersive environment that supports integration and rest. The retreat is intentionally paced, offering participants practical, embodied tools that can be carried into daily life long after the weekend concludes.
